Cross Country Running

Immersion training

With daily 3 x 2 hour blocks of instruction and work-outs, trail and hill running as well as interval, fartlek and circuit training and Video skill analysis system.

Ability matched development

In small groups by experienced 10K and marathon winning coaches.

  • The cross country running camp is integrating the Canadian Sport 4 Life, LTAD Model into its program
