Cross Country Training
The three daily sessions will have an emphasis on fun while providing trail and hill training, interval training, strength and flexibility for runners, formwork, and cross-training.
Ability Matched Development
The group will be split according to age and ability following the recommendations of the Long Term Development Model from Athletics Canada. Coaching is provided by Athletic Ontario certified club coaches with experience in coaching and running the 100m to the marathon! For optimal training opportunities, there is one coach for every 4 runners!
