Enjoy a week of fitness and wellness related activities through running, strength training, aqua fit, step classes, relaxation techniques and more.

Features

  • More than 30 hours of excellent instruction

  • Fitness handouts including valuable information on proper nutrition and diet as well as various types of training programs will be given to each participant

  • Top flight aerobic floor, indoor running track, Stair Master, Lifecycles, Concept 2, Treadmill and 15 separate Global weight training stations

  • Each camper will be videotaped on their learned techniques

  • Awards Ceremony

What to Bring

  • Exercise tights, shorts and T-shirts, sweatpants and warmer shirts for evening activity
  • 1 or 2 pair of running shoes
  • Bathing suit
