The Complete Ice Hockey Skills and Fitness Program
2 hours ON-ICE program daily (Monday to Friday) at Huntsville Arena includes: skating, passing, puck handling, shooting, positional play, power plays, penalty killing, offensive and defensive team strategies, goal-tending, chalk talks, individual and team awards
OFF-ICE program includes: ball hockey, conditioning, motivation and goal setting, team building strategies, sportsmanship, development through initiative tasks, co-operation games, low and high ropes course and a variety of traditional team sports and camp activities
