Canada’s first resident camp devoted exclusively to Pilates in the nation’s most comprehensive youth recreation and sports training complex.
Pilates is body conditioning routines that use mats, fit balls, blocks, Thera bands, weighted balls, foam rollers, rings/circles, bosom balls and other equipment.
Morning session: breath control and meditation, balance, and stability
Afternoon session: power, total body conditioning and sculpting Pilates, developing a personal routine
Evening session: flexibility and mobility exercises, evening Pilates game
Plus: Pilates obstacle courses, competitive games
Developing skills such as concentration
