Track and field is a sport comprising various competitive athletic contests based on running, jumping, and throwing.
Olympia will Cover the Basics of Track & Field Camp: Sprints (100m, sprint drills, strength development, starting blocks), middle distance (400/800m), jumps (high jump & long jump), relays (team building and baton exchanges), Throws (shotput).
This camp targets the multi-discipline athlete, working on all events to realize improvements across the board. Athletes will participate in a mini-pentathlon at the end of the week.
