An Official “Kids of Steel” Training Camp
Triathlon camp is a transformative experience designed to elevate your cycling, running, and swimming abilities. A week of triathlon skills training at their best. Athletes will learn to:
Swim
Athletes will swim in the 25-metre lake pool or will have supervised open water workouts in clear and warm Oxbow Lake.
Bike
Athletes will bike along newly paved, extremely lightly travelled Muskoka side roads.
Run
Athletes will run on paved roads or picturesque Muskoka Hiking Trails.

What to Bring
- Swim: Bathing suit, bright coloured swim cap, googles, beach towel
- Bike: Bicycle, CSA or ANSI approved helmet, 2 extra tire tubes and repair kit, lock and two keys
