Ultimate Frisbee Camp
The ultimate program at Olympia is a great experience for learning the game and moving to the intermediate skill level as an ultimate player. The week’s progression starts with learning basic throwing of the disc, catching, and simple in-game moments such as cutting, resets, and defending. The afternoons are spent playing different disc games to continue to develop in-game skills learned in the morning session. Finally, the evening sessions are spent applying what we’ve learned during the day in actual ultimate games.
