Camp Office – Cabin Co- ordinator

Responsibilities:

• Support the Day to Day Operations regarding Campers and Cabins
  • All administrative and background work involving cabin assignments
  • Grouping campers into cabins using CampBrain Software
  • Cabin Assignments completed on time.
  • Work directly with the Camp Coordinator and Social Service Liaison regarding cabin assignments
• Basketball Coordination
  • Preparing basketball lists – grouping by numbers and ages
• Camper Coordination
  • Thursday – Early Departure binder – Sending reminders to campers and their counsellors
  • Friday – Preparing check-in cards, labels and lists for upcoming week
  • Saturday – Monitor Gate Duty, Assist with check-out
• Overall Roles and Responsibilities of Office Staff
  • Monitor and answer emails
  • Maintain office administrations- Print bunk notes, paperwork, parents, campers
  • Answer phone calls, handle general inquires
  • Continual Staff Development
  • All other roles to be determined by Head of Office

Job Requirements:

• Experience in office related work and/ or administration
• Experience with Kids 8-17
• Attention to details
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good work ethic and responsible
• Clean Police Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check
