Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between the user (“You” or “Participant”) and Olympia Sports Camp (“Camp” or “We”). By accessing or using the website of Olympia Sports Camp (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Website.
- Registration and Participation
1.1 Eligibility: Participation in Olympia Sports Camp programs is open to individuals of ages as specified in the camp details. Minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Registration: Participants must complete the registration process as specified on the Website. All provided information must be accurate and up-to-date.
1.3 Health and Medical Information: Participants must provide accurate health and medical information during registration. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the Camp of any changes in their health status.
1.4 Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to abide by the camp’s code of conduct, which may include but is not limited to, respecting fellow participants, camp staff, and property.
- Payment and Refunds
2.1 Fees: The fees for Olympia Sports Camp programs are specified on the Website. Payment must be made in accordance with the camp’s payment policy.
2.2 Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in the camp’s refund policy document, available on the Website.
- Health and Safety
3.1 Medical Conditions: If a participant has any medical condition or requires special accommodations, it is their responsibility to inform Olympia Sports Camp at the time of registration.
3.2 Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, the Camp will take all reasonable steps to contact the participant’s emergency contact and provide necessary care.
3.3 Medications: Participants requiring medication during the camp must provide a list of medications and instructions to the Camp, and must allow the Olympia
medical staff (during the Summer Camp season) to administer medication and
self-administer medication only if Olympia’s medical staff is not present
(during the Outdoor Education seasons).
- Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Olympia Sports Camp or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
4.2 Use of Content: Participants may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without prior written consent from Olympia Sports Camp.
- Limitation of Liability
5.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in camp activities may involve certain risks. By registering and participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks.
5.2 Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Olympia Sports Camp harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising from participation.
- Termination
6.1 Termination by Camp: The Camp reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement if they are found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Camp.
- Governing Law
7.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
