Olympia’s athletic conditioning development program is Canada’s first resident summer athletic conditioning camp with 20 years of experience running fun and challenging athletic conditioning programs.
There is a one-week long co-ed program maintaining a ratio of 1 coach for every 6 campers.

Olympia scouts the best adult coaches from all over Ontario to coach our Athletic Conditioning program. All adult coaches have experience coaching at either the rep, high school, or college level and are extremely passionate about youth development in and out of the gym.
All Olympia Coaches implement Canada’s Long-Term Athletic Development Model that provides an optimal training environment for camper athletes based on their developmental age and specified phases of loading drills and learning.
What determines athleticism?
There are 5 factors that determine your athleticism; SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER, QUICKNESS, and AGILITY. These factors help you perform your sport. The better your factors are, the better you will be able to play your sport. It’s that simple. Professional athletes continuously work on developing their athleticism, and you should too. Do you want to get to the next level? You will have to put as much effort into developing your SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER, QUICKNESS, and AGILITY, as you do on your sports-specific skills.
What is Athletic Conditioning Camp?
The Athletic Conditioning Camp is a program designed to enhance your athleticism and prepare you for your season. This program helps you increase your Speed, Strength, Power, Quickness, Agility, and conditions you for peak performance.
By using the latest training techniques, and the latest performance enhancement tools and equipment, we will help you identify your athletic strengths and weaknesses, and teach you how to improve them, thus becoming the best athlete you can be.
What will I learn?
You will learn how to use the Sonic Parachute®, and Resistance Cords to help you develop your SPEED. We will teach you proper weight training principles to help you develop your STRENGTH. Through Plyometric training, medicine balls, and power cords, you will increase your POWER. Stability boards, balls, and discs will help you enhance your AGILITY and BALANCE. We will also focus on flexibility, explosiveness, and mental game.
High-Level Athletic Conditioning Development in a Traditional Camp Setting
On top of 5-6 hours of great athletic conditioning development a day, campers will enjoy all the beauty of a traditional camp and its programs, for a truly unique experience.
Our Summer Staff
Our summer-long camp staff always makes sure that all campers are safe, supported and valued. Each camper will be in a cabin of 9- 12 people with 2 highly trained counsellor staff.
