An opportunity for campers to explore, develop and improve their theatrical performing arts skills.
Do you love the show Glee? Would you like to learn how to sing, dance and act? Do you wish you could be a part of a musical? Well here’s your opportunity!
During the course of a week, campers will collaborate with their fellow campers and instructors, working together to construct, develop and perform an original piece of musical theatre.
Features
30 hours of theatrical development instruction
Learning several performing arts skills such as: acting methods, voice training, choreographed musical theatre dance, line memorization, improvisation development, scene structure, and overall musical theatre techniques
A focus on forming friendships and confidence within a social setting
An experience for campers to take home to their family, friends, and schools
A camp experience that will encourage the youth to form or take part in their own glee clubs and performing arts programs at school
Campers will improve their 'triple threat' abilities, while coming together as a group to create and perform their own theatrical piece of work
