An opportunity for campers to explore, develop and improve their theatrical performing arts skills.
Do you love theatre? How about Glee? Would you like to bring characters alive on stage? Do you want to be a part of the show? Well here’s your opportunity!
During the week, campers will collaborate with their fellow campers and instructors, working together to construct, develop, and perform an original piece of theatre.
Features
30 hours of theatrical development instruction
Learning several performing arts skills such as: acting methods, line memorization, improvisation development, scene structure, musical theatre, and overall theater techniques
A focus on forming friendships and confidence within a social setting
An experience for campers to take home to their family, friends, and schools
A camp experience that will encourage youth to form or take part in their own theater clubs and performing arts programs at school
Campers will improve their abilities, while coming together as a group to create and perform their own theatrical piece of work
