The Total Judo Camp!
Judo is a fun and dynamic sport, which is practiced by people of all ages around the world.
New campers will be able to learn the basics and by the end of the week, be able to comfortably throw and hold down their partner as well as perform various breakfalls. Campers who are practicing judo year-round will be able to refine and develop new skills. You will be practicing with the experienced club, provincial, and former national coaches. During the week, coaches will review current and new refereeing rules, kata, and competition strategies.
Judo at Olympia is truly a unique experience where you’ll make new friends and potential teammates.
