The SportsLab Performance Program
It takes a lot more than exceptional talent to become an Olympian! With our ever
growing knowledge of athlete development and now the integration of technologies,
there are many other attributes that contribute to the greatness of elite athletes.
Your week of being a performance athlete will include many of the foundations that
need to be mature to become a ‘24-hour athlete’. As a camper in the ‘The SportLab
Performance Program’, you will experience aspects of physical training, body
awareness, cognitive training, reflex training, nutritional training, and sport psychology
using both traditional methodology and the newest innovative tools and technologies
available to the best in the world!
‘The SportLab Performance Program’ is being coordinated and facilitated by the
expert clinical team from The SportLab where the combination of science, medicine,
and sport are the roots of becoming better, and faster. The SportLab’s clinicians have been
privileged to work with some of the most decorated athletes in the world. With athlete
representation in 10 Olympic Games and dozens of World Cups/Championships, they
have learned what it takes to be elite. A mix of our clinical team (and a surprise guest
coach or two) will lead sessions.
By the end of your camp week, you will embrace challenges and understand how you
can continue to grow as an athlete in your sport of choice.
